The documents below set out Kent Council
Council's current validation requirements
(updated June 2012), known as local
list requirements. The national requirements are
also included.
There are separate advice notes and checklist tables for
county council developments and waste developments. Each
advice note also contains a generic checklist to be used with
all applications.

Validation documents are not currently required for mineral
development proposals. However, our waste development
validation list can be taken as an example of the level of detail
and range of information we would expect to see for mineral related
applications.
