Minerals sites - Options consultation
Public consultation (31 May to 09 August 2011
)
The Options consultation was
the first stage (of a three stage
consultation process) in the production of the Minerals Sites
Development Plan Document. In 2010 we asked landowners to
propose sites that could be developed and used for
mineral resources or waste management facilities in the future
(see the Call for Sites).
The consultation document contains
all the site proposals submitted to us; we know not all of them
will be suitable. We sought your initial views and opinions on
the sites to help us decide which sites should go into the final
document and which should not.
