Highway flooding
If you are concerned about flooding on the highway or flooding
as a result of water from the highway please report it to us.
You can
report highway flooding online or
telephone 08458 247 800.
Sewer flooding
If you are concerned about flooding from a public sewer or fresh
water pipe, please report it to the relevant water utility
company:
Flooding from the sea or main rivers
To report flooding from the sea or a main river (main rivers
are identified on the
Environment Agency Flood Map) please call the Environment
Agency Floodline on 0845 988 1188.
Flooding from ordinary watercourses
An ordinary watercourse is any river, stream or channel which is
not identified on the
Environment Agency Flood Map as a main river.
To report flooding from an ordinary watercourse please contact your
local council.
