Kent Excellence in Business Awards 2012 is now open for entries. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate how your company has successfully overcome the challenges of the last 12 months. Awards are one of the most powerful and cost-effective marketing tools. Business Commitment to the Environment Award Category
Kent County Council’s Sustainable Business Team are co-sponsoring the Business Commitment to the Environment Award Category of the KEiBA awards. 

This category is open to any organisation, irrespective of size or sector that can demonstrate commercial success and strategies for growth whilst achieving excellence in its commitment to the environment. The organisation must show evidence that it has schemes, initiatives and policies which have minimal negative impact and maximum positive impact on the environment. Judges will be looking for clear methods of evaluation, effects on financial performance and involvement of staff and customers.

Entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 2 years as of 31 March 2012.
