Habitat management

With over twenty years of experience in managing a range of different habitats, Countryside Management Partnerships are able to offer a number of services to help manage wildlife areas.

Site visits

A member of staff can visit your site to give advice on habitat management.  This may include advice on how to manage specific habitats, wildlife legislation or what grants are available to assist landowners.

Practical work

Most Countryside Management Partnerships can organise task days with a team of volunteers.  This offers an affordable option for carrying out habitat improvement works, whether it is fence construction, coppicing, tree and hedge planting, access improvements or a range of other jobs.  All work is led by an experienced member of staff covered by public liability insurance and the relevant equipment and tools licences.

Contact your local Countryside Management Partnership for more information.
