Kent County Council is responsible for determining
planning applications for mineral extraction and associated
development, waste disposal and waste processing
proposals.
It also determines the council's own development such as
schools, libraries and new roads, as well as dealing with
applications for construction routes and borrow pits for the
Channel Tunnel Rail Link.
Viewing current applications
Copies of the applications are on deposit at Kent County
Council's offices and can be viewed during normal office hours.
