Statutory Assessment Process

On line Survey: What do you think?

It is important that we monitor and evaluate our work so that we can provide the best service possible. In order to do this we need feedback from parents who have recently been in contact with our service.

Please complete one of the following online forms (links open in a new window)

• Statutory assessment process
  If you have had a NO decision not to assess your child after six weeks.
• Full statutory assessment
  If you have been through the whole statutory assessment process lasting a further 18 weeks.

The results will be collected and analysed on our behalf by Partnership with Parents (PwP). This is an impartial service run at 'arms length' from the Local Authority. As PwP is independent they can guarantee that the results won't affect the service you receive.

These results will be fed back to Colin Feltham - Head of Special Needs and Resources, once a year and will be made available on the Partnership with Parents website, along with responses.
