Kent County Council aims to help pupils get to school safely, easily and on time. This section of the website explains the ways that we can help you.

We can offer you:

• Advice on getting to and from school.
• Free or subsidised transport to school if your child is eligible)   
• Advice on environmentally friendly travel to and from school.

If you are having trouble getting to and from school visit the public transport pages to find ways to get to find the best ways available to you. This could include walking, cycling as well as taking the train or bus.
