If you have any queries or need assistance before booking, please contact us. We can put an option on your preferred dates, which will be held for 3-4 weeks. Please let us know if you wish us to do this when you contact us.  

To confirm your booking, complete our online booking form and send a deposit payment of £200 (this will secure your booking and is non-refundable).

There are two ways to pay your deposit

1. Send a cheque of £200 made payable to Kent County Council,(please quote your booking reference on the back of the cheque) by post to:

2. By Bankers' Automated Clearing Services (BACS). Please contact us..

We will then confirm your booking and you will be asked for the balance of payment about 12 weeks prior to your visit.

Terms and Conditions

If you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to your visit and payment has been made, you are entitled to a 75% refund (excluding £200 deposit).

If you cancel between 12 and 4 weeks prior to your visit, you are entitled to a 50% refund0 (excluding £200 deposit).

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your visit you will not be entitled to a refund.

It is recommended that you insure against individual or group cancellation - by signing the Booking Form, you agree to the above terms. 

Final arrangements

Choosing your group's meal, details of your itinerary, special requirements, travel arrangements and final numbers will be requested 3-4 weeks before your visit.
