The Hardelot Centre is a unique, bijou venue,
much-loved by many schools and youth groups. Many of our groups
return year after year, and we've had lots of
positive feedback from group leaders and the young
people
they
bring.
What makes us special?
Our pedigree
We have been a part of Kent County Council for nearly 20
years. This means the centre is fully approved and risk
assessed (which makes the booking procedure much less
time-consuming).
Our partners
We have a strong link with our council counterpart in
France (the Conseil Général du Pas de Calais). This means we
can take advantage of an excellent network of contacts
for our visitors to enjoy.
Our location
We are close to Calais, just 50 minutes by road. This
means you can avaoid a long, boring and costly coach trip
.
Our
staff
We have a strong team of local staff, which means we can
provide home-made French cooking and the chance to try
out your French conversation skills.
Our flexibility
We don’t impose a standard format. We leave the choice
of activities to you.
- You can use the centre simply as a base for on-site and local
activities (with no need for coach excursions), This is
a cheaper option requiring less organisation
- Four night flexi-stay from £170
- Two nights, only £95
- You can organise your own excursions (with your own transport
or a French coach) as well as using the centre’s facilities for part of your
programme
- We can book your chosen itinerary for you, including
pick-up and drop-off at Calais and for excursions.
- We can design a bespoke programme around your choice of
activities.
- You can choose an off-the-shelf package.
- We can provide activity staff if required, or leave it all to
you
