Complaints
If you feel you have
not received the service you expected from Kent Children's
University please follow these simple steps:
- Speak directly with the tutor or centre manager.
- Contact us via email or telephone.
If this does not resolve the issue to your complete
satisfaction you can make a formal complaint. Formal complaints
must be made in writing and we will respond to them within five
