Proposal to change the age range of Aylesham Primary School

Kent County Council has approved the proposal to change the age range of Aylesham Primary School from 3-11 years to 4-11 years by the closure of the maintained nursery unit on 31 August 2010.  Following the end of the six week Public Notice period (16 October 2009) during which time no objections were received, the Cabinet Member for CFE, Mrs Sarah Hohler, decided under procedures laid down in Kent County Council's constitution to implement the proposal.
