What do I do if I disagree with your verdict?

It is really important that you raise your concerns as
early as possible with your AEN officer. Misunderstandings can
arise because people interpret information differently. Talking to
us early on can prevent a concern becoming a big issue.
If you still disagree with a decision after talking to us, it
may be helpful to hold a 'disagreement resolution meeting'. These
meetings aim to come to a decision that everyone can
accept. |
