What happens if I do not register my child at a suitable
school?

If you do not register your child at a suitable school or
do not make suitable alternative arrangements to educate him/her
without good reason, you could receive a School Attendance Order
from the LA requiring you to register your child at a named school.
Failure to comply with the Order can result in
prosecution. |
