This is general information only which has been designed to help those who are involved in performances by children.

What defines a "performance"?

When do children need a performance licence?

What are the requirements of the licensing authority?

How do I apply for a licence?

Our booklet should give you all the information you need about children who perform, including how to apply for a performance licence, the responsibilities of the licence holder, medical and educational requirements for children in performances, hours of rehearsal and performances for children and more.
