How do I apply for transport to college?

Contact your appropriate Area Awards Office, which can be found in our contacts page, and ask them to forward you the correct form. Once received, complete the form and send it with two passport-sized photographs of your child to the address shown on the form.

Please take care to fill in the form accurately, and that the photographs are securely attached to the form. (Where possible, please use the darker background in the photobooth.)
