Kent's Children's Information Service provides high
quality information to parents/carers throughout Kent. We offer
up-to-date comprehensive, accurate and impartial information and
guidance about childcare, training and other relevant childcare
issues.
The Children's Information Service works mainly with parents and
other carers, but the service is available to anyone who requires
information or advice about childcare for children under the age of
fourteen or sixteen for those with a special educational need.
We are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to
5.00pm.
An answerphone service is available 24 hours a day and your call
will be returned and any queries answered as quickly as possible.
If we do not have the information that you require then we will do
our best to find it for you or put you in touch with somebody who
does.
