KCU Courses

KCU offers a wide variety of interesting and fun courses.

Making sweets:
This course is always popular as participants are not only able to make sweets but they are also allowed to take them home and share them with their friends and families. Or perhaps they eat them all themselves!

Orienteering:
A great course for those out door adventurous types. This action-packed course has many benefits including improved fitness and learning how to read maps. Would you come first, or would you get lost? Take part and find out!

Netball:
Are you in your school netball team? This course will help you improve your skills and work as a better team member. If you are not in the school team yet, come along and learn the skills you need to become the new netball captain.

Gymnastics:
An energetic course for all the budding gymnasts out there. This course is run by a trained gymnastic instructor and allows you to learn new techniques and skills.

Soccer skills:
As you would probably expect this is a very popular course. As well as improving their on-field skills through practice and mini games, the young trainees also improve their fitness and stamina.

Sign language:
Want to learn a new language that doesn't involve speaking strange words? Then this is the course for you. Sign language is used by many deaf people and enables them to communicate effectively. A very informative course, with lots of practical uses.

Information technology:
Have you got a PC? If so this course will enable you to make better use of it. You will be taught how to get the most out of your software. Frequently these I.T. courses allow the pupils the opportunity to use expensive computer-related equipment like digital cameras and midi keyboards.
