Your County - Putting Kent First

Kent 4 star Council

Learning agreement

You need to complete an Individual Learner Record for each course that you attend. You will be asked to complete this form on the first session of your course.

The Learning Agreement records your personal details including previous qualifications and any learning difficulties, disability, health problems and information, advice and guidance received.

Details pre-printed on the form should be checked and amended if necessary and the form signed and returned to your tutor.

Information provided is passed to the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), the principal funding source for Kent Adult Education Service (KAES). The LSC are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and they collect and analyse statistical data and share information with other organisations for the purpose of statistical and research purposes. This also allows the LSC and its partners to monitor performance.
