The Countryside Access Service is responsible for looking after more than 4200 miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and restricted byways across Kent.

To report faults regarding Kent's roads and pavements (footways) please use
Kent Highway Services online fault reporting service.

If you think the fault you are reporting is an emergency, please call 0845 345 0210.
Outside the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, please call 08458 247 247.

To report a fault online you must first register your details. This enables us to contact you should we require any more information. You can also track the status of your logged faults.
Registering also means you do not have to re-enter your details if you want to report more faults in future.
