Public inquiry

The public inquiry - or 'Examination in Public' - into the South East Plan will run from 27 November 2006 to March 2007. It will be held by a panel of experts who have published a draft list of matters to be debated. The panel has asked for a list of the evidence taken into account in preparing their advice and to provide links to websites. We submitted a chronological list of documents that we sent to the assembly to help the panel.
