Children's Services Portal

The purpose of this project was to provide Medway Council's Children's Services with a secure and structured information portal for establishment details, staff and case related information.

This has enabled the improvement of performance management and monitoring information provision for children's services.

The system comprises of a web-based user interface, a data warehouse and integrations with back-office data source systems, and holds approximately 20 different types of information from employee salaries to Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checks - from staff training and induction to staff case loads.
