Medway Managers' Toolkit

Medway Council have launched an easy access toolkit this year for its managers. The Medway Managers Toolkit offers intranet-based information on a wide range of council policies, procedures and practices - a one stop reference for managers.

At the click of a button managers can now access information on:

the council's key plans
service planning
performance management, such as indicators & data
budget management
business continuity
procurement, communications risk management
the Local Strategic Partnership
guidance on all the HR processes and procedures
arrangements and protocols for working with elected members

Benefits

Anne-Louise Clark, Head of Organisational Development explained, "This area of the intranet is designed to give managers instant access to the information they need. It is also hoped that this will remove some of
the confusion that existing and newly appointed managers experience in relation to what Medway Council expects of them."
