Cabinet decisions

The Cabinet meets monthly to take decisions collectively that will have a very significant impact on KCC's budget or on its services to the community. These are known as 'key decisions' and are listed in the Forward Plan of Key Decisions.

Cabinet Member decisions

In addition to the collective Cabinet decisions, each Cabinet Member can take decisions relating to their own portfolio.
