Constitution

Kent County Council agreed a constitution in June 2001 which sets out how the council operates, how decisions are made and the procedures which are followed to ensure that these are clear, efficient and accountable to local people.

The Constitution was agreed on 18 June 2001 and was last amended in June 2008.
