Complaints, comments and compliments

Even in the best run organisations there can be times when things go wrong, leaving you unhappy with the service you receive. If this happens in your dealings with Kent County Council then please let us know so that we can try to put things right for you.

We value complaints because they help us to improve the services we provide for all our customers, so please do not worry about making a complaint. It will not be held against you. We do all we can to investigate any complaints as efficiently and fairly as possible.

When you make a complaint, you may be asked for information about your ethnic group and whether or not you consider yourself to be disabled. This is to help us with our equality monitoring. You do not have to give the information if you do not want to. Your response to our request will not make any difference to the way in which we will deal with your complaint.
