things go wrong, leaving you unhappy with the service you receive.
If this happens in your dealings with Kent County Council then
please let us know so that we can try to put things right for
you.
We value complaints because they help us to improve the services
we provide for all our customers, so please do not worry about
making a complaint. It will not be held against you. We do all we
can to investigate any complaints as efficiently and fairly as
possible.
