made some other change to your personal contact details you can
tell us about it here.
Our change of address system will notify the following services
of changes to your details.
- Libraries
- Schools admissions
- Adult Education
- Registration for births, deaths, marriages or civil
partnerships
- Trading Standards
Simply take a few moments to complete our

new details.
Businesses or organisations who have moved offices or changed
any other contact details should notify us through completing
this form.
