Freedom of Information Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires us to produce and
maintain a
Publication Scheme. This is both our commitment to make certain
information routinely available and a guide as to how that
information can be obtained, who from and at what cost, if any.
Our scheme is currently under review to take into account
organisational changes within the council and the Re-use of Public
Sector Information Regulations 2005.
