Kent Rural Board

The Kent Rural Board is the strategic rural partnership for Kent and oversees the management of the Kent Rural Network and the implementation of the Kent Rural Delivery Framework.

Kent Property Market

We produce the Kent Property Market Report with Cluttons and Locate in Kent, and with support from Harris Hall LLP.

This report reviews activity and major property deals throughout 2008-09. It shows that despite the economic situation, the Kent commercial property sector has continued a relatively healthy performance over the last year. The report also looks in detail at residential, tourism, retail and the rural sector.

Locate in Kent

Locate in Kent is Kent and Medway's inward investment agency. It maintains a client database that holds details of the property requirements of companies looking to relocate or expand in Kent.

It also maintains a web-based commercial property database that provides a good indication of Kent and Medway's commercial property supply.
