Apprenticeships

  • The Channel 4 website includes a personality test to help you find the right career, and video interviews with people already working in a range of job roles.
  • Learn Direct offers advice on interview skills, a CV builder and information on volunteering as well as paid work.
  • Use the online calculators on the Tax Central website which include payslip and tax code checkers to help you make sure your take home pay is correct.
  • Start planning ahead by using the pensions calculator on the Scottish Widows website  for a quick guide on how much you need to save now to pay for the kind of retirement you want.
