Floating Support

Floating support logoYou can refer yourself receive a floating support service, or someone else such as a family member or social worker can do it for you, as long as you agree. You can get the help you need by filling in the following form and sending it to the Supporting People team.

The team will match up your needs with the service that can best meet them. If you already know the service you want to use you can name them on the form.

Our Supporting People services directory will show you which services are available in Kent. The service will contact you and assess your housing support needs. Together you can plan to deal with your problems.
