Kent Safeguarding Children's Board
The Kent Safeguarding Children Board's procedures for responding
to children in need of protection from abuse or neglect are
followed in the Kent County Council and Medway Council areas
by:
- social services
- police
- health
- probation services
- education services
These policies and procedures have been developed in accordance
with the principles contained in the Children Act 1989 and
government guidance.
