Services we provide
Children in need of foster care can have complex lives that need a focused response. Our teams have developed specialist schemes to match such needs. The main schemes are:
This scheme helps young people with emotional problems arising from lack of attention and stimulation in their early years. It provides specialist care for children aged between 4 and 13 (age 11 at time of referral) who are showing signs of immature psychological development.
Visit the therapeutic reparenting foster care page for details.
Teenagers displaying challenging and anti-social behaviour are offered tailored treatment and support to encourage them to develop useful skills and attitudes.
This care was created to enable young people with complex needs between 11 to 16 years of age to live with specially trained foster carers offering supported placements within the local community.
Visit the treatment foster care page for details.
