Getting involved
We would like to
invite families with disabled children to help us develop new
services. You can get involved by:
- attending local meetings about local services which will be
advertised through local parents’ groups, in the local press and on
the Children’s Disability Register and Partnership with Parents
websites
- attending a focus group on a particular development
- becoming a member of an ongoing group that makes
decisions about the design and location of new services
- becoming involved in the running of services for disabled
children and their families.
For most of these activities, your expenses will be paid.
If you become a member of an ongoing group, you may be paid for
your time.
