Following a Best Value review in 2001 several property
functions were outsourced to partner organisations. A team was
retained to oversee these contracts and to develop a proactive
approach to the way in which KCC's assets are managed and
developed. This team is known as Property Group and provides a
range of property-related functions.
Property Group is split into the following specialist
areas:
The services provided (including the work provided by suppliers
and consultants) are measured against set quality standards, by
liaising with clients and monitoring key performance and best value
indicators, to ensure high levels of service are
delivered. |
