Youth in action

This EU funding programme is seeking to promote active citizenship among young people. More specifically, the programme aims to:

• promote active citizenship, especially European citizenship
• develop solidarity, tolerance and reinforce social cohesion
• foster mutual understanding between young people in different countries
• promote European co-operation in youth policies.
