Laser is the largest local authority energy buying group in the UK acting on behalf of over 70 individual local authorities with a combined purchasing power of over £100m per annum.

Laser deals with all aspects of gas, oil and electricity purchasing from tender to supplier, invoice validation, supplier/customer query resolution through to EDI links with customer energy management systems, using GEMS - a unique and commissioned bespoke computer system designed by Laser and Commercial Services own Information Services Group.
