Construction frameworks

We operate 3 independent construction frameworks, which are managed by GEN² Property Ltd on our behalf:

  • asbestos
  • consultancy services
  • principal contractors.

These are aimed at not-for-profit organisations and have been designed to reduce procurement time and costs while maintaining standards. We aim to establish long-term relationships between clients, professionals and contractors, with shared objectives and values.

We will provide access to help and guidance at any stage of your project.

There are a number of lots on each framework to ensure accurate and efficient allocation of tasks in a structured way.

All 3 frameworks are open to:

  • local authorities
  • councils
  • schools
  • colleges

They are also open to other not-for-profit-organisations in accordance with the relevant OJEU Notices.

Kent County Council will allow other government bodies and registered charities to use these frameworks.  These authorities will include but will not be exclusive to other county councils, district authorities, health, fire, police or education.
