Legal advice about employment and education

Our employment and education team consists of six lawyers with extensive specialist experience of advising clients across the public sector. Whether it is giving guidance during a quick phone call or conducting multi-day final hearing advocacy on your behalf – our lawyers have the skills and experience to ensure that your legal interests are protected. We strive to provide the best of both private and public practice and work with you to identify and pursue your legal objectives.

We regularly advise across all areas of employment and education law including TUPE, organisational change, discrimination, SEN, admissions and exclusions. We also provide bespoke training for our clients on legal topics of interest and quarterly legal updates.

No legal issues are too big or too small. We run an education hotline under which we support education clients with legal issues however small. We also provide detailed practical and accessible advice and representation in the most complex legal issues in employment and education law and have extensive court and tribunal experience.
