Noelle was educated at the University of Kent in Canterbury, the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the College of Law, London. She joined Kent Legal Services in 2009 from Girlings Solicitors in Canterbury.
Noelle has varied and extensive experience obtained in family law through her time in private practice and children law gained from her time in local government, providing Noelle with a very rounded view of this particular area. Noelle prides herself on providing advice and support that is both useful and relevant to clients and is proud of the working relationship she carefully builds with clients.
Noelle advises in relation to all aspects of child protection including attending legal planning meetings, and pre-proceedings meetings and has more recently started to conduct her own advocacy.
Noelle is a fluent Spanish speaker and, having completed a Spanish law degree alongside her English law degree, has a particular interest in matters involving other European countries. Noelle has recently provided extensive advice on the Hague Convention and Brussels II in a matter involving a Spanish child. Noelle is about to become a member of the British Spanish Law Association.
