Claire studied History at Royal Holloway, University of London before attending the College of Law to complete the Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Vocational Course.

Claire trained and worked in private practice from 2007 to 2015 practicing in mental health, housing, family and childcare law before joining Kent County Council in March 2016. Claire is also a been an accredited specialist in children law since 2014 and has past experience of representing both parents and parents in care proceedings and regularly undertakes advocacy at court. This insight and experience allows Claire to provide objective and comprehensive advice and prides herself on her practical approach.
