Michelle was educated at De Montfort University and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. She joined Kent Legal Services in May 2005, having previously worked in both the private and public sectors.
Michelle has experience of drafting and advising on a variety of contracts including software, back-to-back and partnership agreements with the NHS. She regularly advises clients in relation to Pensions matters where companies are seeking admission to the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). Such work also includes dealing with all matters from admission to exit from the LGPS.
Michelle undertakes website reviews, amends and drafts agreements in relation to the provision of websites and web services and advises on terms and conditions.
Michelle has also organised training for her team and also seminars for clients to provide updates on the various areas within the teams' specialisms.
