Biography

Christine was educated at the University of Buckingham and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1984. She is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales and is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Christine worked for the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) as a Legal Officer, and Race Equality Councils as an Employment and Education Officer. She also worked as a locum lawyer with a number of Local Authorities specialising in Employment, Education and Contracts & Procurement Law.

She spent 5 years at the London Development Agency as a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer before joining KCC Legal Services in October 2011.

Christine has substantial experience of negotiating and drafting a whole suite of commercial complex bespoke agreements which include software agreements, partnership agreements, collaborative agreements ,service level agreements , public health agreements , back to back agreements grants, framework agreements and IT contracts.

Christine also advises on a wide range of matters to internal and external clients including EU Procurement Law and FOIA Legislation.
