Lucinda was educated at London Guildhall University and the College of Law, Chancery Lane. She joined Kent Legal Services in 2003 from East Sussex County Council, having worked for 3 other local authorities before that, and became Team Leader in 2006.

Lucinda has wide and detailed experience of negotiation and drafting of a broad spectrum of contracts including works, goods and services, software, joint use, back-to-back, secondment, partnership, funding and grant agreements, as well as academy conversions. She has set up companies, advised on governance, JVCs and CICs and procured and managed external solicitors on behalf of clients.

Lucinda and her team regularly advise internal and external clients on procurement, both EU Regulation and in-house types. She has drafted all types of Notices and advised on procedure, clarification, evaluation and award as well as remedies and challenges.
