Victoria was educated at the University of the West of England and the College of Law. She joined Kent County Council Legal Services in April 2012 from a sole practitioner in Dover, where she carried out residential conveyancing.

Victoria has gained extensive experience with child care matters and has been involved with drafting threshold documents, applications, orders and evidence. Victoria has good experience of taking statements from foster carers and preparing the statement to be filed with the court. She has provided assistance to solicitors in many complex cases and had practical involvement in court proceedings.

Victoria has experience of dealing with requests for disclosure of information from the police in relation to criminal investigations and has dealt with private law matters, assisting and advising the client when required. Victoria has experience of adult protection matters, including mental health issues.

Victoria has been involved with providing training to her colleagues in relation to updates in the law.

Currently, Victoria works in the Adult and Asylum team, where she manages her own caseload predominantly consisting of Judicial Review matters in relation to Age assessments and Leaving care support.
