Laura was educated at the University of Kent gaining a degree in Law in 2014. She has recently completed studying for an LLM Research Masters relating to the area of adult social care.
Laura has worked in the Adult Social Care and Asylum Team since July 2014 and manages her own caseload focusing on matters connected to adult social care in the Court of Protection. Laura played a central role in developing and delivering Kent Legal Services Care Act training in respect of Ordinary Residence in Spring 2015. Laura also plays a key role in the organisation of the annual Kent County Council Community Care conference each year.
Laura works alongside several senior colleagues providing legal support and advice on a variety of matters. She has a history of employment in both education and tourism, enabling her to develop excellent customer service skills as well as efficient project management expertise.
