Contracts

Details of our current contracts are currently being updated. You can view some of the existing contracts here. Social care contracts are included on a separate list and published on the website.

Tender opportunities

We spend more than £840 million on buying goods, services and works from suppliers every year.

Our tenders that are valued at more than the relevant EU thresholds are advertised by the Official Journal of the European Union (this link opens in a new window).

South East Business Portal

The South East Business Portal is designed to:

• allow the advertising of upcoming contracts that potential suppliers can express interest in competing for ('Opportunities') and
• hold, and allow access to all contracts let by all of the South East Region's 74 councils ('the Contract Store').

This portal launched in 2006 will become more comprehensive and thus a more valuable tool over time.
