Peter is a solicitor who qualified in 1984. He was educated at
the Universities of Kent and London. He joined KCC in 1988 after
service with a London borough and in private practice. Peter
handles almost all types of civil litigation (including claims for
breach of contract, recovery of possession of residential and
commercial property and money claims) for KCC and the police and
fire authorities.
