Peter Mulholland is the principal solicitor for the Commercial
and Environmental Group which comprises Planning & Highways,
Contracts & Procurement and the Property Team. Peter joined KCC
early in 2001 after working in both private practice and local
government. He has extensive experience in non-contentious matters
and specialises in company/commercial and planning
matters.
