Karina joined KCC in 2002 and transferred from the Trading Standards legal team in January 2010.  She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Legal Executive Advocate in Criminal Proceedings.  Karina is predominately a Magistrates' Court litigator, but also works in and advises on, other areas of law.  Prior to joining KCC she worked for the DWP, dealing with amongst other matters, benefit fraud, NHS prosecutions and employment law.
